This session will focus on practical and accessible recommendations for maintaining wellness during the rigors of traveling and gigging, and self-care strategies that can be implemented within the realities of busy schedules on and off the road. Will include:

  • Practical pro-tips for daily self-care routines, which are affordable, accessible, and achievable on the road and on the fly.

  • Recommendations for multitasking herbal allies to include in your travel bag for maintaining vigor and immunity, and first aid for ailments commonly experienced by pros on the go.

  • Therapeutic benefits of inexpensive culinary herbs found in most grocery stores for addressing common issues.

 

About the Instructor:

Darlene Starr is a Practicing Herbalist & Nutritional Therapist, and the owner of Road Dog Health & Wellness, specializing in serving the holistic health needs of touring professionals. She is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, President of the Central Texas Chapter of American Herbalists Guild, and organizer of the music wellness program here at Mosaic.
